Question #1:

should I do breast reduction surgery?

I am 5'8'' and weigh 140 pounds, so I am not overweight or skinny, just healthy looking. I am happy with the way I look, except that I am very self conscious of the double D cups I wear... It feels like my chest is always in my way, it's harder to do sports because they bounce everywhere... and the clothes that are made for my size just can not fit my breasts in them. especially swimwear! I'm so jealous of all the girls who can wear these cute bikinis that are held together with these flirty strings and I have to wear extra supportive bra-like swimsuit with thick straps that make dents in my shoulders. and forget about ever wearing anything that is supposed to be worn with no bra...
I know that other girls would like to have the size that I am wearing, plus I suppose my breasts still look healthy and nature makes everyone beautiful in their own way and everything...but sometimes I really feel like reducing the size to a C would make me so much less self conscious and so much more happy. I am considering a breast reduction surgery after I have kids (because I wouldn't want to risk the ability to breastfeed), but the before and after pictures on internet don't look good at all.. is it because those are more severe cases or is that how they generally look after reduction?
do any of you have the same feelings and maybe some have any advice on how to pick well fitting bras for all occasions (strapless dress, everyday wear, sporting needs).

Okay, I'm not extremely skinny...and dont know what to do for swimwear this summer.?

I've already begin thinking about summer... the beach. and that means a swimsuit. Im not THAT skinny... im 5' 6" and 130 lbs.. sooo if that helps you picture my size....ya. Im going to cheer camp this summer because im a varsity cheerleader... its at the beach. We will be in our swimsuits. im not that skinny.. and dont know what to do. tankinis kinda drive me crazy... but i think some can help cover my belly. Where can I find gay pride bikinis?

I searched everything in google. Rainbow swimwear, gay pride clothing, gay pride bathing suits... etc. Basically, you name it and I tried searching for it. If anything, I just want a rainbow swimsuit with thick, solid stripes or a black (or white) swimsuit with the interlocking Venus symbol on it.

I need help finding a swimsuit!!! Which of these looks good?

Out of these swim tops, which would be most appropriate for me? I'm very slender but curvy, 5'4" with a light complexion that's warm, and light chestnut hair.

I want something supportive but attractive, for a 25 year old. I always have a hard time fitting into swim tops because my torso is so narrow I usually need an XS but then the cups never fit. And if I get a large, the cups are too far apart and I fall out of the top.

Or if you have suggestions of other swimsuits I could wear, it would be much appreciated. TIA =)
To "Americanlucious" ...I have not bought any of these swim suits yet, therefore I cannot try them on. And I certainly would not post a photo of myself in a bikini for strangers to see and judge, and certainly not for a minor like yourself.

whats the best swimsuit for flat chest like me?

I'm sixteen years old.5'0,short i know :( and i'm 32AA.. its really hard for me to find the best flat chest swimwear! Some of my swimsuit doest fit my bust so i have to wear a t-shirt to hide it, my boobs might slip out of the bra lols and i don't want that to happen.If u too are flat chest and know what kind of swimsuit to wear please help.. i need links too thank in advance :D

not sure what swimwear to buy?

going on a summer holiday this year and not sure what swim/beach wear to buy. im a size 12 but to be honest even though i am quite slim, i am very out of shape and have quite a flabby tummy which i am a bit paranoid about. im going to try and shape up a little before i go away. i have always wore bikinis before on holiday, but this year im thinking i might buy some tankinis or full swimsuits to cover my stomach but still show some flesh. what does everybody think? i dont want to look like a frump though because im only in my late 20's. any ideas? x

Both are by betsey johnson... not the size i would get but the links to the best pictures. I am a "normal" girl i guess, not skinny, but not over weight. I have a 36C chest, tapered in waist leading to a bigger hips. VERY much so an hour glass shape. I have had some kids but in my mid twenties. Are Abercrombie swimsuits good quality?

I would like to get a swimsuit from Abercrombie & Fitch. Do they have good quality swimwear? They're not cheap and I want to get my money's worth.

Also, are Hollister swimsuits any good? They're cheaper than Abercrombie's but I've heard that they are flimsy and wear out quickly.

Sorry I am re-posting, but we really need some help with this.

This is the actual question that my daughter has to answer in essay form.

Should it be acceptable or unacceptable in society for girls below the age of 18 to wear bikinis and other adult orientated items of swimwear or should they wear only decently styled one-piece swimsuits suitable for girls of their age.

Split this into the following groups of girls aged up to 12 and girls aged 13-18 and offer arguments for and against as to whether they should or should not be permitted to wear bikinis and other adult orientated items of swimwear and why they should instead they should or should not only be allowed to wear only decently styled one-piece swimsuits suitable for girls of their age.

Hopefully some of you can give some other points of view to help?

Why do our standards of modesty change with our location?

For example, a woman could never get away with wearing just her underwear in public, so why is it okay for her to wear a bikini at the beach? It's practically the same as underwear, right? And they also make these "modest swimsuits" but when you look at them are they really modest? Shouldn't our standards of modesty be the same no matter where we are? I think that most, if not all swimwear today is immodest. I think that everyone, male or female, before wearing a swimsuit should take a look at it and ask themselves, "Would I wear this in any other setting? Would I feel comfortable walking through the mall or grocery store wearing this?" I think that everyone should actively strive for modesty no matter where they are. What do you think?

Queen Street, Auckland. I think they sell N.Z. brands of swimwear but I need the directions and name of the shop. Will be travelling to N.Z. later this month. Those google searches are hopeless!!
